yes, ending with -yo or -ko is ususally for girl7s name. but rarely there are some men who have the name with ending -yo. For exampole, a famous doctor Mr.Hideyo Noguchi.

OMG, what should i say, i´m actually a girl, but now i got the reason.
no, a girlie surname it´s not the the real reason, but you know.
maybe someone whould have something on mind qhen gave me that name.
